5. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
The Platform is an online community service currently intended to provide, depending on the user's status and the features enabled:
- public and semi-private community publication tools;
- profile, contact, messaging, and notification features;
- events, groups, teaching, and localization features;
- a marketplace area allowing users to publish listings and contact one another; and
- publisher-operated paid subscriptions, premium statuses, and donation paths.
Unless a product, service, subscription, or payment flow is expressly identified as being offered directly by the Publisher, the Platform may also act only as a technical intermediary for user-generated listings or interactions between users.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform's structure and original elements, including its source code, interface architecture, texts, page layouts, databases, design elements, logos, signs, graphics, and non-user-generated content, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain reserved to the Publisher or to the relevant right holder.
Any reproduction, extraction, republication, distribution, public communication, adaptation, translation, reverse engineering, or reuse of all or part of the Platform outside the limits permitted by law requires prior written authorization from the relevant right holder.
User-generated content remains the responsibility of the user who publishes it. Third-party names, brands, payment services, video services, maps, and embedded content remain the property of their respective owners.
7. USER CONTENT, MODERATION, AND REPORTING
The Platform allows users to create, upload, or share content and information. Each user remains solely responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and legitimacy of the content she publishes, transmits, stores, references, or makes available through the Platform.
Users must in particular refrain from publishing or transmitting content that:
- infringes the rights of third parties, including privacy, image rights, intellectual-property rights, or consumer rights;
- is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, violent, or otherwise contrary to applicable law or public policy; or
- compromises the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Platform.
Content may be reported through the Platform's reporting tools when available or by email to Abuse reports. Where necessary, abuse may also be escalated to the hosting provider through its abuse channel stated above.
After becoming aware of manifestly unlawful content in a sufficiently documented manner, the Publisher may review, restrict, suspend, unpublish, or remove that content, and may take any related account-level measure permitted by applicable law and by the Platform's contractual documents.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND EXTERNAL CONTENT
Based on the current codebase, the Platform may integrate or call third-party services, including in particular:
- Google Identity Services for optional sign-in flows;
- YouTube for embedded videos when users publish YouTube links;
- Mollie for certain subscription and payment flows;
- Ko-fi for the donation widget currently embedded on the donation page; and
- OpenStreetMap or similar external resources for map display.
When you use such features, the relevant third party may act under its own terms, legal notices, and privacy documentation. The Publisher is not responsible for the independent policies or legal documents of those third parties.
9. PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES
Personal-data processing carried out in connection with the Platform is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar browser-side technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.
As of the technical review dated April 4, 2026, the web interface uses in particular first-party authentication, security, and language cookies, plus browser storage used for session continuity, interface preferences, notification state, localization state, and payment-return flows. Optional third-party features may also trigger third-party cookies or similar trackers when loaded.
For data-protection requests or legal questions concerning personal-data processing, you may contact General contact or Legal contact.
10. COMMERCIAL INFORMATION
Where the Publisher offers paid subscriptions, premium statuses, or other paid services directly, the applicable commercial rules, pricing information, billing conditions, cancellation conditions, and any specific consumer information are set out before checkout and, where applicable, in the Terms of Sale.
Based on the current implementation, certain payment or billing-management steps may redirect the user to third-party payment environments, especially Mollie-hosted pages. Donation features may also rely on third-party payment or donation tools, including Ko-fi and Mollie, depending on the flow used.
The marketplace area also allows user-to-user listings. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific offer, the Publisher is not the seller of goods or services listed by users and is not a party to the contract concluded directly between users.
11. LIABILITY
The Publisher makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform accessible, secure, and functional. However, the Platform is provided on an ongoing-service basis and may be affected by maintenance, updates, incidents, bugs, network failures, security events, third-party outages, or force-majeure events.
Accordingly, the Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent continuity, or the absence of defects. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, immaterial, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
Nothing in these Legal Notices excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including mandatory rules relating to consumers, personal data, or gross negligence where applicable.
12. HYPERTEXT LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites, applications, payment pages, or embedded resources. Those links are provided for convenience or functionality only. Their presence does not imply approval, endorsement, or control by the Publisher.
Any person wishing to create a link to the Platform must ensure that the link does not create confusion as to the origin of the service, does not infringe the Publisher's rights, and does not present the Platform in an unlawful, misleading, or defamatory context.
13. APPLICABLE LAW

This choice of law is made without prejudice to any mandatory protective rules that may remain applicable to consumers under the law of their habitual residence where such rules cannot legally be derogated from.
