1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Child Protection Standards apply to Ukhti and to the services operated by Louala (Ihsan Labs). They are published to comply with Google Play requirements for Social and Dating apps and to clearly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
These standards cover all user interactions and user-generated content made available through the app and related services.
2. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY ON CSAE AND CSAM
Ukhti enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding CSAE and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
The following are strictly prohibited:
- creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, or storing CSAM;
- grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexual exploitation of a minor;
- any attempt to use the platform to endanger children.
Any confirmed violation may lead to immediate content removal and account enforcement actions, including permanent suspension.
3. IN-APP REPORTING AND USER FEEDBACK
Ukhti provides in-app mechanisms for users to submit safety concerns, including reports about abusive behavior or suspicious content. Users can also contact us through the support channels published by Ukhti.
Primary safety contacts:
- Abuse reports: Open abuse contact form
- Legal and child safety contact: Open legal contact form
- General contact: Open general contact form
4. CSAM HANDLING AND ENFORCEMENT RESPONSE
When Ukhti obtains actual knowledge of potential CSAM or CSAE activity, we take appropriate action in line with applicable law and these standards. Depending on the case, actions may include:
- rapid review and removal of violating content;
- restricting or terminating related accounts;
- preserving relevant information as legally required for safety investigations;
- escalating the matter to legal counsel and competent authorities when required.
5. COMPLIANCE WITH CHILD SAFETY LAWS
Ukhti commits to complying with applicable child safety and online safety laws in the jurisdictions where the service operates.
Where required by law, confirmed CSAM may be reported to the appropriate authority, including relevant regional authorities and, when applicable, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
6. DESIGNATED CHILD SAFETY POINT OF CONTACT
Ukhti designates a child safety point of contact for communications related to CSAE and CSAM policy compliance.
Child Safety Point of Contact: Ukhti Legal & Safety Team

Backup contact: Open abuse contact form
This contact is authorized to coordinate internal review and enforcement procedures and to respond to Google Play policy notifications.
7. POLICY MAINTENANCE
We may update these standards to reflect legal, operational, or platform changes. The currently effective version is the one published on this page with its update date.
